		Offers and 'seeks' are always welcome, BUT it is important to understand that: Good Offers = Good Karma ...and when the seeker makes an offer, the more likely it will be that the seeker will receive what they are searching for. For the sake of their own success, I believe a good rule-of-thumb for our wonderful members, who plan on making their initial post a 'seek', would be to first seek out something* from their current possessions that would make a good offer to fellow members and then make that item available via an 'OFFER'.
