Environmental assessments for informed business decisions regarding property transactions at all sites in the USA

THE ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT SPECIALISTS
Need a Phase I ESA?--Then do this.
(Unless you have other bid request and/or project authorization procedures.)
The formal report will be delivered on a schedule established in the proposal and authorized by the
client; usually, three to seven days*.
Typically, the cost range for Phase I ESAs is between $700 and $2,500, but actual costs may
be more or less depending on type of facility or property. Also, discounts are typically extended to
clients with multiple sites, that are repeat customers and non-profit organizations. Also, the lower
cost Transaction Screen Analysis (TSA) may be appropriate.
The format of the formal, bound report can be adapted to suit client content, presentation and
budget requirements, but will generally follow the ASTM recommended report format.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ALERT: Phase I ESA reports completed within 48-hours by our Quick Response Team (QRT) when you must have results "yesterday".
